Where your clients actually land

Most immigration firm websites lose the client before the call.

One page that says "immigration law" makes an asylum client guess whether you handle their case.
An English-only page kills the click you already paid for.
A slow page on a phone ends the visit before your name loads.
One fixed price

$2,500. Everything below included.

The Spanish side

Your Spanish pages are written by a person.

Every Spanish page is written for Spanish readers and lives at its own address, like firma.com/es/inmigracion-familiar/. No Google Translate widget rewriting your pages while visitors read them.

Its own URL

Spanish addresses in Spanish, not English ones behind a prefix.

One website

A single install and a single Search Console, so you see one set of numbers.

Switcher that works

Sends readers to the matching page, not back to the home page.

Both languages run on one WordPress install with a multilingual setup that keeps the two versions linked and tells Google which page serves which language. Automatic translation is turned off.

Before you book

What this price does not cover.

  • Long legal guides written for each visa category
  • Photography and video
  • Clio, MyCase or other case management integration
  • Client portals
  • Ongoing SEO, ads or monthly maintenance
  • Hosting and domain fees, billed to your firm directly, usually $15 to $40 a month

Need more than four practice pages or a second language beyond Spanish? Tell me on the call and I will quote the difference before we start.

Timeline

Published results

Work and proof

I have run Meta campaigns for immigration practices since 2018. The published results are here: $89,000 in ad spend across 19 months, a Bay Area firm running WhatsApp campaigns, and a San Jose firm I have worked with for four years. Those pages are ad results, not website projects, and I would rather you see the difference than have me blur it.

Honest fit

This is not the right fit if:

01

You need a client portal, case status lookups or CRM integration. Budget $10,000 and hire a larger agency.

02

You want twenty-five pages at launch.

03

You want a vendor to own and host everything so you never think about it.

I will tell you this on the call rather than stretch the package to fit.

Before you book

Questions attorneys ask before booking.

How much does a law firm website cost in 2026?
Roughly $15 to $100 a month for a DIY builder, $1,000 to $5,000 for a freelancer or small agency, $3,000 to $10,000 for a mid-tier custom build, and $10,000 to $40,000 or more for enterprise. Most solo and small firms land in the second band, which is where this package sits.
Is $1,500 a good price for a law firm website?
At $1,500 something is left out, and the honest question is what. Usually the copy, the second language, or the separate practice pages. Sometimes it is ownership, and that is the expensive one.
How much should I pay someone to design my website?
Pay for the job, not the look. The job is turning a worried person into a booked consultation. A site nobody contacts you through is not cheap at any price.
Can I just build it myself?
Yes, and for some solo attorneys that is the right call. It stops being right when you need practice area pages, a second language, a secure form and search visibility, which is where most DIY builds stall.
Do I need a Spanish version?
If a real share of your clients are Spanish speakers, yes, and it is included here. I will not tell you it doubles your market, because I cannot show you that.
Who writes the content?
I do, from your intake call and your existing material. You review and approve every page before launch.
What about attorney advertising rules?
Hiring a marketing company does not remove your responsibility for your firm's advertising. Every page is yours to review before launch and I will flag anything that reads like a guarantee. I am not an attorney and your state bar's requirements are yours to confirm.
No pressure, no obligation

Fifteen minutes on the phone.

Bring your current site if you have one and the case types you want more of. If this package is not the fit, I will say so and point you somewhere else.
